pralines

Did a little holiday baking in between trips to Texas...Matty's dad really likes pralines, so I decided to whip up a batch. They were delicious! And I wondered why I don't make them more often.

I know the candy thermometer looks daunting, but these really are easy to make and only take about 15 minutes.


MMMM....Reminds me of pralines from the El Camino in Tulia. Anyone??
