Thankful for Great Food!

Oh, we experienced some fantastic food over the weekend! Our friends, Greg and Lou, cooked a feast for our Thanksgiving meal.
I loved this cranberry relish....The flavor was fresh and bright...It paired great with our turkey, that was marinated in garlic, mmmmm, and a sausage dressing.
We also had carrots baked in a horseradish sauce, which were delish....The flavors complimented each other so well. There was a spinach artichoke casserole and sweet potato casserole sprinkled with brown sugar and pecans.
Dessert selections included carrot cake, pumpkin pie and flan. Leftovers the next day were even better. Here's to a holiday season of great food!
