CBT- A New Take on the BLT

A dear friend of mine is a fabulous cook and makes even the simplest meals special. I was over the other day to work on some projects, and she whipped out this delicious sandwich for lunch. The CBT, made on multi-grain bread with rotisserie chicken, pan fried bacon, thick slices of tomato and mayo. She then grilled the sandwiches in a pan and served them with pita chips and peach tea. Fantastico!
