Made this little beauty the other day (it was a beauty...my photos do not do it justice)...
It's the apple cake I told you about in an earlier blog. It had a real brown sugar buttercream frosting...It was deliciously rich!! Next time, I might try it with less frosting and use a cream cheese frosting instead, but it was soooo good. Here is Mr. Sweet enjoying the first bite!
